Graham Harveys presentation was very thought provoking and inspirational. Delegate comments included: I have come away with some simple to implement changes to our workplace and attitudes, as well as some more complex ideas which will be exciting to coordinate. It was refreshing to hear a customer service speaker who could actually relate the presentation specifically to the travel industry and to the business of relating to our travel consumers.
